Generally "ko" stands for Korean in DBpedia (Ref.: http://ko.dbpedia.org/).
So you can look for the directory named "ko" for Korean dump. For Chinese
or Japanese DBpedia dump directory wait for the others to reply...

Hi,
I'm working in Dbpedia Spotlight Internationalization from AppStylus SL in
Barcelona (Spain) and I have been searching the DBpedia dumps in repository
(http://downloads.dbpedia.org/3.7/) by domains of countries and there
aren't dirs named cn, jp and kr for China, Japan, and Korea respectively.
