Well, we always have some projects that we would prefer or give higher
priority over others but this almost never works in the end.
It always depends on the student applications. if we get an exceptional
application for a lower priority project and a moderate for a higher
priority one we will always prefer the best proposal.
If it is an exact match then yes, we might have a bias but so far we never
had to take such a decision and once we got in that position we took both
students.
