Thanks for the speedy response. It's puzzling that the venue remains
uncertain for this date, one of the most famous shows from the GD's most
famous tour (and certainly one of my personal favorites). I wonder if
anyone has ever tried research on the Dutch end... Unless this is known
to be fruitless (and please let me know if so), I'll give it a try. Best
