I have the setlists for 10/4/70, 10/5/70 and 12/23/70, along with copies of the
master reels. I'll gladly share the info with you (again).

Alan - check the blog entry in my first reply; it goes into all the
details. I'm sorry I didn't catch the mistake in Kevin's summary.

The UJB on our 12/23/70 tape is definitely 12/23. The section from
Bobby McGee to UJB is correctly dated. (The first four 12/23 songs
listed on deadlists, Hard to Handle through Cold Rain, are the ones in
dispute, since they came from a separate tape, sometimes dated 12/17
and sometimes dated 12/23.)

BUT, the UJB released as a bonus track on Workingman's Dead (which was
dated "12/23" on the CD, and is the same one on our "12/17" tape) -
that one is definitely from 10/4/70.

On top of which, the Taper's Section played a couple songs which
Lemieux dated "12/23" - Cold Rain & Snow (actually from 10/4, and also
on the "12/17" tape), and Dancing in the Streets (the same one that
was released as 10/5/70 in the Download Series, and the same one
that's on our "12/17" tape).

So that's where the extra "12/23/70" songs come from.
