There was never a Civic Auditorium in Santa Barbara. Michael Redmon Director of Research, Santa Barbara Historical Museum says so after digging for a photo. There are Civic Auditoriums in both Oxnard and Lompoc, an hour away.

This was free show that took place on Foss Hill, not the Bacon Field House. The "sloping lawn behind the administration building" is actually called "Foss Hill. This ticket at says the venue was St. John Arena. It's on the Ohio State University campus as is Mershon Auditorium. Please make a correction.

Campus Stadium, UCSB

Anyone know if this was the football stadium,(Harder Stadium) or the baseball stadium (Caesar Uyesaka Stadium). Both have been known as "Campus Stadium". Are they one and the same? I've searched for that information with no luck.
