You've got the time right, Stu. As far as recotds wweere concerned, Garcia only recorded one recording on Pedal Steel, Garcia waas only on the first NRPS record on Pedal Steel. The 2nd NRPS record "Powerglide" had Buddy Cage on pedal steel. As I recall, there was a great cover of a great Gene Pitney tune, that had also been covered by Rickey Nelson, "Hello Mary Lou".
