FWIW the show opened with Garcia doing a full set with NRPS. During the course of the final jam, Pigpen advanced to the middle front of the stage several times; each time carving from head height downwards - holding the microphone and a loop of cable like a bowie knife. Garcia, Weir, Lesh cont
