An auction at ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=45103&item=3823334133 &rd=1 has a handbill for the 1970 Schaeffer Music Festival at Harvard Stadium. On the reverse of the handbill is the list of performers and the date they're scheduled to play. It lists the Grateful Dead as performing on 7/13/70 (with John Hammond).
This date is not shown in deadlists. The Dead were in NYC on 7/12 but in San Rafael on 7/14 (according to deadlists). Is this a previously unknown date or a cancelled performance or yet another counterfeit handbill (the festival really did occur though)? Any thoughts?
