I keep finding notations about this show being at KQED. There were two Calebration shows done at KPIX TV, Channel 5, one with the Dead and another band (many women in the band). Another done later with two other bands (I believe the big name band on the other show was Quicksilver). I worked for the company that did the sound at the time and was at the taping. It was recorded in advance and broadcast with two FM radio stations to make Quadraphonic sound..quite the tech feat at the time. I have photos of the taping which I've been trying to date.
