There's a guy who has the handbill for this concert for sale at http://www.concertposterart.com/therest.html The listing is near the bottom of the page. He indicates that this handbill is in The Art of Rock as number 2.296. I don't know if being included in the AOR makes the date "official" or not but it appears that the concert was at least scheduled, with the Dead being added at the last minute since they aren't listed on the handbill but are listed on the program cover and there is a photo of them on the inside of the cover (I have a scan from an earlier ebay auction on my hard drive)>
