Unfortunately a lot of important tasks for DebConf9 have happened later than we
would have liked, though it is nevertheless coming together quite nicely. I've

Aw, come on Debian-JP, you know you want it! (And the Olympic
Center in Tokyo/Yoyogi would be quite the place to hold it -- it even

there is not much need for a decision meeting.
