When the original dates where announced
(DebCamp: 25th - 31st July 2011, DebConf: 1st - 7th August 2011),
there was a suggestion to arrive one day earlier
(24th July for DebCamp, and 31st July for DebConf).
Is this still valid with the new dates?

While we don't want to announce this formally until later, it would be
a good idea to add 'preliminary' dates quietly on www.debconf.org, so
that other events choosing their own dates can see our plans.

I've apply to deal with those photos of dormitory, but there were some
