Can I help you create the PDF using Inkscape. Here in Brazil, I have no problems to produce banners using inkscape. Usually the size is limited to "mouth" of the print. 90cm or 120cm .. or more .. 90x300 or 90x500 .. size is "unlimited", the limit is in the "mouth". 120x300 or 120x500 understand
