I tried a command like this gnome-terminal orca --setup 2>test.txt Traceback (most recent call last): File "/var/lib/python-support/python2.5/orca/orca.py", line 1021, in _showPreferencesConsole module.showPreferencesUI(_commandLineSettings) File "/var/lib/python-support/python2.5/orca/orca_console_prefs.py", line 437, in showPreferencesUI (not setupSpeech(prefsDict)): File "/var/lib/python-support/python2.5/orca/orca_console_prefs.py", line 207, in setupSpeech choice = int(sayAndPrint(_("Enter choice: "), False, True)) File "/var/lib/python-support/python2.5/orca/orca_console_prefs.py", line 111, in sayAndPrint return raw_input(text) EOFError: EOF when reading a line
My 'brltty' does work. If I try orca --setup I get a message, but it eventually seems to freeze. 'Starting Orca preferences. This may take some time' Any ideas?
