In 'shfs-source' v0.35-1 (the latest available) I have some
problems. It does not work, and the reason seems to be a simple
typo in the source.
This is what I get this from dmesg.
shfs: version magic '2.6.9-9-amd64-k8 gcc-3.3' should be '2.6.9-9-amd64-k8
gcc-3.4'

After Debian-installer load the SLI 53C1030 SCSI driver module
(mptscsih), the installer process is dead. It could not accept any
input though ketboard.
Before load mptscsih, the installer report some module unavailable.
They are ide-scsi, ide-mod, ide-probe-mod, ide-detect and ide-dloppy.
Thanks
I just purged and re-installed and it still crashes. I'll try to compile with
debugging and see what kind of backtrace I can get...

Hello,
In my system (pure64/kernel-2.6.8-9-amd64-k8) I was not able to run
gimp. It hanged just before showing the splash screen.
If I start it with --no-splash works perfectly.
I also filed a bug with the reportbug tool. Is it the proper way to file
bugs for amd64?
