The 2.6.16 kernel has support for HFSX, meaning case-sensitive file names in Apple's latest iteration of its OSX file system. GNU Parted supports the file system, and the Darwin project has ported Apple's filesystem tools to Linux in the diskdev package.

Has anyone attempted to compile and run these in a 64-bit environment?
