Acer requires working machine on Windows 32 bit... Ok, I have installed fortan 77 compiler via cygwin... same result! running my program... after 5-10 minutes machine auto-shutdown! Giulio

I had a similar problem on my notebook, because on notebooks, cpu fan not always running to save some energy. And because I use ACPI but I forgot to load "fan" module at start, when the cpu was too hot, a security shutdown the notebook. If you use ACPI and fan is not loaded, try to add "fan" and "
