For the last few weeks I've noticed that artsd is using about 10% CPU(1)
constantly. If I kill it, it just carries on with excess usage of CPU(1)
once a new sound event takes place.
I have rebooted 3 or 4 times, tried restarting kde as well, which hasn't
helped.
