Well there was a problem with earlier versions of the nvidia package in
unstable/testing which was recently fixed in unstable. The workaroudn
was:
cd /usr/src
ln -s nvidia-kernel.tar.gz nvidia-kernel-source.tar.gz

You clearly don't even have the nvidia source package installed.
apt-get install nvidia-kernel or nvidia-kernel-source (whatever the
package is currently called).
I solved the problem by adding deb http://ftp.uk.debian.org/sid main non-free
to the apt sources list.

I tried installing the graphics card. Things went OK until I did the
autoinstall step. It complained that there was something wrong with the apt
sources.list entries. I think e.g. I am not picking up sid files etc.

I certainly recomends to remove the deb cdrom:* lines...
