since I know about this problem I only done a
ln -s /emul/ia32-linux/lib /lib32
and voila I got my /lib32 directory, for me it works.
But for now I need to have agpgart disable for full
control over the nvidia module
like fastwrites etc.
lsmod does not show me the agpgart
module but its loade

and found some help with a mail telling about to install some libaries
to /lib32, therefore I installed the ia32-libs its not the right I guess.
