apache2: binNMU, t-p-u and maybe s-p-u uploads

Hi, first, please binNMU apache2-mpm-itk to build against apache2-src 2.2.11-2. This fixes apache2 prefork segfaulting on kernels = 2.6.27.8 in the default configuration due to a new limit on the number of open epoll file descriptors (bug #511103). The patch is at
