Bug#237377: apache: Apache parent process dies at reload

For what it's worth, I have the same problem here on an unstable box. I'm playing around with oscommerce using php4 and ssl on apache. If apache is running and `apachectl graceful` is called apache shuts down. So it's very easy to trigger. Apache shuts down every time the logs are rotated.
