Hi, I am trying to install apache-lingerd on my debian unstable system. However the apache-lingerd depends on an old version of apache-common. Would it be possible to update apache-lingerd so that is is able to install on debian unstable ? Thanks in advance, Bastiaan

Bug#237377: libpng reverse depends

libpng depended on by libgd1 (1.8.4-17.woody3) libpng -- libgd1 -- mrtg -- netpbm -- gallery I can live without mrtg for the time being so I may try removing libgd1 and seeing if that improves situations. Report to follow.

As Bastiaan requested, I've made a new apache-lingerd package against the last release of apache Debian made : 1.3.33-1. Using my sources.list will provide apache-lingerd 1.3.33-2 with the appropriate apache-(common|utils|...) packages. I've also set up a web page for this unofficial package,
