I intend to update the TWIG package to use wwwconfig, but I am at a

In my experience and opinion:
wwwconfig is not the correct approach to use to update apache
or apache2
ssl-cert_1.0-11_i386.changes uploaded successfully to localhost
along with the files:
ssl-cert_1.0-11.dsc
ssl-cert_1.0-11.tar.gz
ssl-cert_1.0-11_all.deb
