Bug#422653: apache2 is not compiled with mod_access

Package: apache2 Version: 2.2.3-4 Apache binary file is not compiled with mod_access and there's no package for mod_access as shared library; this mean that apache2 need to be recompiled by hand. Mod_access is used near every time! I'm using freshly installed Debian Etch.
