hello again :)

copelandia[~]09:24:53$ /usr/sbin/apache-modconf apache query mod_access
cp: cannot create regular file `/etc/apache/httpd.conf.dpkg-inst.queue':
Permission denied

is there any reason apache-modconf needs to muck with my httpd.conf when
merely querying? furthermore, i'm not sure why it needs to overwrite
my httpd.conf at all (shouldn't it be messing with modules.conf?).
