I downloaded all the iso's for woody, the iso were
ok (I did md5sum check)
but when I get to the installing of the base system
it first validates the files, right after that is done I get "debootstrap
error"
I tried to burn the iso of CD1 again, but the same
thing :(

This is the first status report for debian-installer (d-i). I will
try to post those statuses about once a month.
d-i was supposed to be the installer for woody. We thought that woody
was to release earlier than it did and so we decided to go with
