Yeah, everything worked perfectly. It seems a bit unresponsive/lagging
at times (progress bars not moving for ~5min.), but if you are patient
enough everything installs just

Hi Martin,
the 2.4.23 kernel images are still in new. I will have a look as soon as
these packages will be available.
I have also written a wishlist bug against the lvm2 to package to provide
an udeb for the debian-installer.

Something in this change to netcfg breaks it, so after obtaining a dhcp lease,
it hangs. I have reverted this change, which modified the state machine so
was clearly the one at fault from amoung the recent changes.
