the isolinux boot menu (with

Override entries for your package:
It seems that AltGr is not working in X either, along with some other
key combinations (Ctl-Alt-Backspace, for instance) which suggests that
this problem is not so much related to console-setup. Please downgrade
this bug report to perhaps even wishlist status or close as appropriate.

X Window has keysyms for console switch only for consoles 1..12.
