Doesn't this apply double acceleration with the additional one in the wm?
Well, I guess this makes the small pet :) area more convenient.

if adding the library is still possible, I'd do that.

ere seem to be no AltGr + vowel valid combination here
this should be enough for now to do some testing.
Yesterday dok provided a link to a page where i may find some
interesting informations about how to make deadkeys work under dfb.
I quoted a commit log from May 5th which says that d

the iso is named that way because in /usr/local/bin you'll find test
binaries from DirectFB-examples, which may be useful for debugging
purposes, especially df_input

Should be possible with minor effort. pthread_cancel() is evil anyways.
Dok, we would really really apreciate if you could provide us ASAP the
patch: we're now kind of running out of time as Etch release date gets
closer every day.

the external buttons of the pad works well.
CCing directfb-dev, especially testing on other devices
should be interesting for Attilio and Ville :)

adding this library (and full libc) to the chroot prevents the crash.
Good news!
Is it ok to include the library or should the input driver be changed
to not use pthread_cancel()?

en identify
the framebuffer device/driver used. The only really useful info seems to
be the input devices and to use up 10k just for that seems excessive.
Things could be added. Anyways, the tool is also a minimal application
to test DirectFB initialization and possible error messages.

Well, the images and loaders are most probably already present on the ramdisk
anyway. Those we care about at least
n do about this, and this kind of stuff is clearly not very motivating
for me to help solve issues, i hope others will jump in.
I think at least dfbinfo is mandatory in a system with a shell. It's the
standard diagnostic tool of DirectFB, like xdpyinfo for X11.

I also did it.
But I'd like to get that fixed before the final 1.0 release, rc1 will
be this evening :)

Reading reports about the PPC version of the g-i, it came to my

an old, yet unsolved, bug [1] that caused crashes on PPC boxes

No one ever investigated

IIRC it was the Matrox driver or the ATI Rage128, which has been
reworked since 0.9.24.
