I could update #2 from lenny to squeeze successfully. And I tried to
install #1 cleanly.
And I could mount LVM volumes on #2 when I use the CD in rescue mode.

used the CD as a rescue CD of my router/server, it recognizes LVM.(I
upgraded the server from lenny to squeeze successfully.) So it's the bug
on the installation mode. Other errors, I don't find...

I have the same problem here with a different hardware configuration.

As suggested by Daniel, I can confirm that my system is booting after
