I get the message "No common CD-ROM drive was detected". I'm trying to boot with a Pioneer DVR-111D Dual Layer DVD±RW Writer. When I try to boot with "expert" as a boot parameter, the installer wants me to load the floppy module. I don't have floppy drive. Knoppix 4.0.2 boots and operates perfectly.
