When using partman-auto preseeded with an expert-recipe is it possible to
have a configuration in which the partitions span more than one disk?
i.e. something like /boot and / on sda and swap on sdb

More info on the partitioning problem: I did a manual install and
selected the "all files in one partition" pre-defined recipe. Machine
locked up during filesystem creation of /boot (status bar shows 37% done
if that means anything)

image was built. You'll find that modifying the boot command line to use
a different kernel has no effect, even if it is included on the iso.

create an expert-recipe for use in a preseed file which only partitions
a portion of my disk. For example, I want to create a 1
packs? I've updated md5sums.txt but it
still complains (trying to avoid rebuilding the whole thing)

choose-mirror such that the questions can be answered in an automatic
way. Here is what I am doing:

during the install process.
Finally, install via serial console doesn't seem possible -- not sure if
this is documented anywhere.
