apt 1.6~alpha removed binary package apt-transport-https and therefor
debootstrap with a https URL fails with dependency error:

This is boot-floppies/kernel issue. As we are close to release 2.2
the bugs in old 2.1 release are not going to be fixed. Could you try
boot-floppies from frozen/potato ?

It's base-config bug and is really NOT grave. You can always edit the
sources.list by selecting "by hand" in the apt-setup.

I thought there was a symlink /bin/sh -> bash on b-f to work-around such bugs.
But it's not there. So modutils needs to be fixed.

or you can add this "disksize=1.44 flavor=idepci" (without the quotes) at the
end of the line in install.bat. This is untested, but should work. This should
be fixed in the next version of boot-floppies.
