Hi,
It would be nice if one could install on the combination of a memory
stick/compactflash card and an nfs share.
That way one can also boot non-pxe systems without any local disk.

usb stick / compact flash card (e.g. ide to compact flash

will contain only the kernel and initrd so that it can be read-only
Rewording the original wish:
* It would be nice if one could install on a NFS share.
* It would be nice if the installer writes boot stuff to an USB device
and that the installed system (booted from USB disk) uses a NFS share.
That way one can also boot non-pxe systems without any local disk.
