Comments/Problems:

Using qemu, I created a ppc64el virtual machine.
I selected the guided partitioning to use the entire disk. I changed the root 
partition
(partition 2) from ext4 to JFS.
The installation went well but it failed to boot some times.
I got the same on P8 PowerVM.
