Can't get boot-floppies out of CVS

Hi, I'm having a problem trying to check out boot-floppies: S-> checkout (/cvs/debian-boot/boot-floppies/utilities/bf-utf/unifont.bdf,v, 1.3.2.2, -kb, (function)) cvs [server aborted]: out of memory; can not allocate 24 bytes cvs [server aborted]: out of memory; can not allocate 78 bytes
