inorder to workaround bug #254996 I've prepared a custom
base-installer with a slightly modified postinst script.
The custom version of package resides in the local component of the
repository on the CD-ROM, that means it's Package entry is in:

AFAIK anna does not look in local, only main. Though the changelog for
version 0.008 makes me wonder if it did before. This would probably need
to be fixed in both anna and the retreivers and the retreiver protocol,

Anna used to fetch udeb sfrom the 'local' component. Debian Edu used
it to fetch all special udebs before we managed to get them into the
Debian archive
