There is no auto-netcdf tracker because libnetcdf19t64 already migrated to 
testing because it didn't build depend on dpkg-dev (>= 1.22.5).

What can be rebuilt has been rebuilt now.

It would still be nice to have a tracker on release.d.o to see when the stragglers are fixed.
