Whether probably to create utilities for work with clamfs utilities similar to cryptsetup package. Mapper automatic creation and also script in /etc/init.d would be very convenient.

To mount ClamFS filesystems on boot just use FUSE syntax
clamfs#/etc/clamfs/share.xml  /clamfs/share  fuse  defaults  0  0

ClamFS does not use device-mapper not need any initialization during
boot thus I'm closing this bug.
