Closes processes don't show the RT ticket anywhere (not closed ones show
it in the "Status" line), despite still being in the available data,
i.e. I can see the number if I go to the django admin panel.

Please put that ticket number somewhere that is always visible if a
ticket number exists (at least to me, I don't know whether such
information can be completely public).
