menu was indeed counting the entries wrong (it was counting the number
of lines in `update-menus --stdout` instead of the number of menu
entries in the file).
I have fixed this bug in CVS, and it is pending for the next release of

I've read the mairix documentation html file. I don't see any
reference that the contents of all headers are indexed. Can you
