The error you reported seems to be related to php.ini's
memory_limit.
Try increasing it to something like 32M and see if it works. I just
tried to reproduce it by uploading an 8MB attachment and it worked.

This sounds like you're missing an SSLEnable for the vhost in
question. Can you please check that, and if not, send us the relevant
vhost config?

sgio_handle_scsi_cmd().
I've written a report to LKML and linux-ide. Hope they can help ...
