This bug is caused by a missing build-dependency on libxt-dev in
imagemagick (and subsequently a missing dependency in the -dev package).
The ia64 buildd happened to have libxt-dev installed when building the

I rebuilt totem with libxtst-dev, and now everything seems to work fine.

Cinelerra Community Version's bugzilla has an image attached
to a bug report on the same issue. In Cinelerra, the rendered
output has the same colour bug as the display:
