I've just found what probably is a bug in the "closing bug notifications".
Yesterday I closed 432005 [1], sending a mail to 432005-done@, and today the
submitter replied stating that he received that mail as well. This should be

lib.
One remark: I had no luck to reproduce this issue.. if you also can't
