The samba team are already aware of the problem.

It appears to have been a change in cups which caused the problem.

I confirm that I'm having this issue as well.
Downgrading to libkexiv2-3 (0.1.6-1), from testing, restored correct
operation.

After more investigations, I finally found a hiden musics authors list in data
(at the end of dat/d/helpfile.txt).
Shouldn't this list be in a more standard place too ? (like AUTHORS, or
debian/copyright)
But I still don't have any trace of musics' licence.

Hi,
I've just found what probably is a bug in the "closing bug notifications".
Yesterday I closed 432005 [1], sending a mail to 432005-done@, and today the
submitter replied stating that he received that mail as well. This should be
fixed.
Thanks,

According to this bugreport this issue is caused by a bug in the libslang2
lib.
One remark: I had no luck to reproduce this issue.. if you also can't
reproduce it, feel free to close this bug (which is indeed _very_ old).

Hi,
as this bug is serious enough to be release-critical, I think it should
be handled. I'm willing to do a NMU, if you as the maintainer don't
object nor act on yourself. I've prepared an NMU to fix _this_ issue
(cannot they much about the other open issue) and will ask my AM to
upload it If you
