Attaching a newer version of the patch that does a better search for the
options. The search should be put probably on a subroutine, but I'm not
really sure where, and there is only one build option for now, so it's not a

the problem causing this bug is inadequate permissions of the
security.conf file. It has mode 600, owner root, but apt-cacher-ng itself
runs under the apt-cacher-ng user. So the permissions probably ought to be

This bug is still open, the patch supplied does fix the problem. Please take
into account that gcc 4.3 issues are marked as release goal bugs,
so if you don't upload a fix soon it would probably be NMUed.
