Thanks for the ping. Real life is a bit hectic at the moment, with
week-end work and switching timezone every 3 or 4 days. I did start work

I can confirm the issue on a quite old sid chroot for pbuilder.
I solved the problem by 'apt-get install tzdata'. Successive
