Afer Dam's last mail we tried a few things, coordinating via IRC. The
tests showed that the FTBFS in the test suite happen reproducibly
with parallel builds and don't occur with non-parallel builds. That's
why we finally decided to disable running the tests in parallel for
the time being.

this bug is indeed serious: As fuse-utils does not depend on udev (but
on makedev | udev) it must not require udev. The problem does also
happen in usual dbootstrapped chroots.

I am raising severity since this bug is making FTBFS kdemultimedia 3 in
unstable (and kdemultimedia 4 in experimental). And surely they are not the
