I've just downloaded the WebSVN 2.1 tarball and it is not vulnerable for
this issue. Therefore, reporting to upstream doesn't make any sense...
However, WebSVN 2.0 will appear in Lenny. I think the fix should be
backported to 2.0 or Lenny should contain WebSVN 2.1.

Upstream answer:
We have decided instead to add the explanation to the -draw section of
command-line-options.
A point is specified by a single coordinate. (Involving only a single
pixel, a point is not affected by -stroke or -strokewidth.)

Not only russian, but any layout without third level (e.g. us)
breaks these layouts too.
As a temporary workaround you could place russian layout to last
position de(neo),sk,de,ru.

Dear Andreas,
thank you for reporting this. Is this issue still present in recent
versions of Sympa? If yes, could you please report this issue upstream?
If no, could you please close this bug report?
Thank you a lot,

Hi
Looking at this plugin I will be interested in packaging it. Will
reply on this Bugreport again, when a package is prepared.
Kind regards

as said before, both files are in the bash package. See
http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/b/bash/bash_3.2-4.diff.gz
maybe you could spend the time to add these by stopping your biweekly ncurses
cvs updates?

It is a bug in the font package not really a wishlist. Add to imagemagick
because it does not depend of lib.
