i also had the same problem, the problem for me was that i have perl 5.10.1 and not 5.10.0. So i solved it by doing this: cd /usr/share/perl/5.10.0 cp -R * ../5.10.1 (or ../5.10 because it's symlinked to 5.10.1) apt-get install zoneminder and then it worked very well! 0x57615AFA.asc
